A FLAWLESS PEDIGREE
Offshore Yachts is the latest chapter in a boat-building story that dates back to 1948. That was the year founder Richard O. Hunt built his first laminated, fiberglass pleasure boat. Mr. Hunt pioneered fiberglass boat manufacturing in the U.S. Navy before going on to develop his own line of fiberglass cruisers. After Mr. Hunt's sons joined the family business in 1958, the company began its association with naval architect William B. Crealock. In 1984, Mr. Crealock produced hull designs for a new generation of handsome, high quality cruising boats, and the latest line of Offshore Yachts was launched.
